Following Vahagn Khachatryan's election as president, the presidential staff has signed two contracts through a single-person procurement procedure. The first contract was signed on March 21 with "Argavand Furniture" LLC. Under this agreement, Khachatryan's staff purchased an office chair, for which the company was paid 115,000 drams.
