Video: Ukrainian Forces Used White Phosphorus, Says Kadyrov
The Head of Chechnya, Kadyrov, has released a video showing the use of this type of munitions in the sky.
“The Bandera followers are already crossing all permissible boundaries. Near one of the Ukrainian settlements, Ukrainian forces have reportedly used munitions containing white phosphorus. Due to the high toxicity and lethality of this substance, its use is banned worldwide,” he said.
