VIDEO: Russian Soldiers Set Up Checkpoints in Kyiv Region

The Russian Armed Forces have established checkpoints in the Kyiv region to ensure the safe movement of military equipment columns, as shown in footage released by the Russian Ministry of Defense on Thursday.

The 50-second video features barriers, sandbags, and various obstacles installed on and along the roads. Trucks, UAZ-Patriot vehicles, and armored personnel carriers can be seen traversing these routes. The safe movement is being secured by Russian military units marked with the letter V.

According to the military department, special attention is being paid at the checkpoints to inspecting vehicles, including the presence of weapons and ammunition, to prevent the movement of armed nationalists who continue to attack civilians. Military personnel are also ensuring the safe delivery of humanitarian supplies and the evacuation of refugees.
