In Chernihiv, nationalists have executed citizens who requested permission to leave the city. This was reported by the Russian Defense Ministry.

According to the Russian defense agency, even patients, numbering around 60,000, have been denied the ability to leave Chernihiv. Furthermore, the report states that Ukrainian nationalists have blown up a road bridge over the Desna river.

Russian military officials have already released drone footage showing Ukrainian 'National Guard' members blocking the evacuation of people from Chernihiv.
