Video from Irpin: Burnt Cars and a Devastated City

A video has been released on Ukrainian Telegram channels showing numerous burnt cars and the devastated city of Irpin.

Recall that on the morning of February 24, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the start of a special military operation aimed at the demilitarization of Ukraine. In a televised address, he stated that the circumstances 'require decisive and immediate actions from us, as the people's republics of Donbas have appealed to Russia for assistance.'

According to the Russian leader, the entire responsibility for the bloodshed will rest on the conscience of the regime ruling in Ukraine. He called on Ukrainian soldiers to reject the criminal orders of the Ukrainian authorities, lay down their arms, and go home.
