VIDEO: Russians Shell Store in Severodonetsk, Casualties Reported
The head of the Luhansk regional administration, Serhii Haidai, has reported that Russian forces have shelled a store in Severodonetsk.
There are casualties and injuries, with the exact numbers still being clarified. He noted that people were queuing for groceries at the time, according to 24tv.ua.
It is worth recalling that on the morning of February 24, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the beginning of a special military operation for the demilitarization of Ukraine. In a televised address, he stated that circumstances "demand decisive and immediate action from us; the Donbas people's republics have appealed to Russia for help." According to the Russian leader, all responsibility for the bloodshed will lie with the conscience of the ruling regime in Ukraine. He called on Ukrainian soldiers to disobey the criminal orders of the Ukrainian authorities, lay down their arms, and return home.
