Statement from Artsakh's Ministry of Foreign Affairs: Population Deprived of Heating Resources in Extremely Cold Weather Conditions

On the evening of March 21, the authorities of Azerbaijan again disrupted gas supplies to Artsakh, depriving the population of this crucial heating resource during extremely cold weather conditions.

Azerbaijan's behavior constitutes humanitarian terrorism. It grossly violates norms and principles of international humanitarian law and international law, and cannot be justified within the framework of morality. This vile act is yet another manifestation of hatred and nationalism.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Artsakh Republic strongly condemns Azerbaijan's policy and appeals to the international community with the expectation of an appropriate response.

Azerbaijan's inhumane actions cannot affect the will and determination of the people of Artsakh. We will continue to live and create in our historical homeland, develop and strengthen our independent statehood.
