VIDEO: Insufficient Vehicles for Evacuating Casualties in Liptsy

In Liptsy, Kharkiv region, there are not enough vehicles for evacuating casualties, as reported to RIA Novosti by Moiseyev, the head of the public organization "Russia Triumph".

The video shows a local resident suffering from severe head injuries being evacuated to Belgorod; they need to be transported by "Kamaz" trucks.
