Blizzard, Closed Roads: What is Happening on Armenia's Roads Due to Weather

The Road Department Foundation reports that as of March 19, at 10:00 AM, the Toros-Ashotsk-Bavra interstate road in the Ashotsk region is closed to all types of vehicles due to heavy snowfall and lack of visibility.

Additionally, the Jajur mountain pass in the Akhuryan region is impassable for all types of vehicles due to severe snow conditions.

The Vanadzor-Dilijan section is difficult to navigate for vehicles with trailers.
