Russia Will Target Military Shipments Heading to Ukraine, Lavrov Says

"We have made it very clear that the cargo we consider to be weapons being transported to the territory of Ukraine will become legitimate targets. This is completely understandable," Lavrov said in an interview with RT. This was reported by the BBC Russian service on its Telegram channel.

He specifically warned NATO countries against supplying Ukraine with S-300 missile systems, which were developed during the Soviet era.

Lavrov argues that a country like Slovakia does not have the right to do this, as, according to Lavrov, even under Soviet agreements, they cannot send arms to third countries.
