VIDEO: We Are Ready to Execute Any Order. Kadyrov to Putin
Today, Russian President Vladimir Putin held a meeting on economic issues. During the video conference, Chechen President Ramzan Kadyrov told Putin that he is ready to execute any order. The president expressed his gratitude and requested to convey his regards to the Russian soldiers in Ukraine.
