Wildberries Comments on Service Disruptions

Wildberries users' personal and payment data have not been affected by the recent service disruptions, and specialists have resolved more than 70% of the issues reported with the app and website. According to reports from RIA Novosti, the company provided this update.

Yesterday, when users began to voice widespread complaints about Wildberries' functionality, the company announced that errors in the service had been corrected, and later, specialists managed to resolve over 70% of the problems.

Today, according to Downdetector, which monitors disruptions in popular internet resources, Wildberries customers from several countries are once again expressing dissatisfaction with the service interruptions.

“As of March 15, the number of reported issues with Wildberries has decreased fourfold compared to March 14. No new problems have emerged, and IT specialists are swiftly addressing the consequences of yesterday's incident. The recorded issues have not impacted customers' financial resources,” the statement reads.
