Video: All of Russia Must Undergo De-Putinization, Says Ukraine's Foreign Minister

While representatives of the Ukrainian negotiation team report on compromises reached with Russia, Ukraine's Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba has made a call in English for the removal of Vladimir Putin.

During a discussion within the framework of the Renew Democracy Initiative in the United States, Kuleba urged for the ousting of Russian President Vladimir Putin. He believes that the special operation by Russia in Ukraine could be halted.

Kuleba added that the entirety of Russia must undergo de-Putinization.

“Putin is not just a person; he is a system. Russia must be de-Putinized,” Kuleba stated.
