Azerbaijan Has Made a 5-Point Proposal to Armenia, Government Provides No Information to the Public: T. Abrahamyan
Parliament member of the "Honorary Mission" faction Tigran Abrahamyan stated on his Facebook page: "The Azerbaijani Foreign Minister has announced that a 5-point proposal has been sent to Armenia aimed at the normalization of Armenian-Azerbaijani relations. One of these points pertains to the process of delimitation/demarcation of borders, while no details have been provided regarding the other points by the Azerbaijani diplomat.
The Armenian government has not conveyed any information regarding this proposal, has not clarified anything, and has disclosed nothing to the Armenian public about its approaches. If the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister's statement regarding the proposal sent to the Republic of Armenia reflects reality, then the silence of the Armenian authorities raises many questions.
It is highly likely that behind the scenes, there has been or is an ongoing process between Azerbaijan and Armenia, the course of which has influenced the events observed in Artsakh in recent days, particularly the sharp escalation.
The immediate publication of these proposals is crucial precisely because it will reveal much about the situation surrounding the Republic of Armenia and Artsakh and Azerbaijan's ambitions."
