Robbers Who Stole Large Sum of Money from Zara Store Identified

On March 9, law enforcement officials from the Criminal Investigation Department of the Yerevan Police reported the identification of the armed robbers who carried out a masked robbery at the well-known Zara clothing store located in the "Dalma Garden Mall" shopping center days earlier.

According to Shamshyan.com, the suspects were located in various areas of the Malatia-Sebastia administrative district and were taken into custody by the Malatia Police, and subsequently presented to the Malatia investigative department of the Armenian Investigative Committee.

As previously reported by a photojournalist on the scene, an armed robbery occurred on March 6, when two masked individuals armed with knives and an object resembling a firearm entered the famous Zara clothing store in the Dalma Garden Mall around 12:30 PM. During the incident, the assailants threatened an employee and stole between 2 to 2.5 million dram before fleeing the scene.
