White House to Announce Ban on Russian Oil Imports Today

The Biden administration is set to ban the import of Russian energy resources into the United States, according to Bloomberg News.

As such, the White House is expected to announce a ban on Russian oil imports today.

The ban will extend to Russian oil, liquefied natural gas, and coal.

U.S. Senator Chris Coons has also confirmed this, stating that the White House will likely prohibit the import of Russian oil and is closely coordinating on this matter with European allies.
