Putin's Call to Neighboring Countries
Russian President Vladimir Putin has urged neighboring countries not to escalate or worsen relations with Russia. This was reported by TASS.
Recall that on the morning of February 24, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the start of a special military operation aimed at the demilitarization of Ukraine.
In a televised address, he stated that the circumstances "require decisive and immediate actions from us, as the people's republics of Donbas have appealed to Russia for assistance." According to the Russian leader, all responsibility for the bloodshed will rest on the conscience of the regime in Ukraine. He called on Ukrainian soldiers not to carry out the criminal orders of the Ukrainian authorities, to lay down their arms, and go home.
