What Assets Does the Newly Elected President of Armenia Have?
Today, the National Assembly elected the fifth president of the Republic of Armenia, former mayor of Yerevan, former member of the ARF party leadership, and Minister of High-Tech Industry Vahagn Khachaturyan, appointed during Nikol Pashinyan's administration.
After being appointed Minister of High-Tech Industry, Vahagn Khachaturyan presented his asset declaration. The Anti-Corruption Committee reports that Vahagn Khachaturyan has declared one apartment and one garage in the Kentron community, along with two land plots in Dzoraghbyur and Arabkir. He is the sole owner of all assets.
In his bank accounts, Vahagn Khachaturyan has $163 and approximately 11.6 million AMD. He has declared $15,000 in cash. In terms of employment compensation, he has declared 8 million AMD.
