Citizen Detonates Grenade in Yerevan

An extraordinary incident has occurred in Yerevan. Around 19:20, the Shengavit Police Department received a call reporting an explosion at 43 Araratyan Street.

According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, preliminary information indicates that a citizen detonated a military grenade at the 'Apaven' company located at the mentioned address. The individual has been neutralized and taken to the Shengavit Police Department.

The police are working to identify the citizen who detonated the grenade. As a result of the explosion, a vehicle was damaged, door glasses shattered, and blood-like traces were also discovered.
