Russian Troops Enter Kharkiv, Regional Administration Head Reports
Russian troops have entered Kharkiv, reported the head of the regional state administration, Oleg Synegubov.
“There has been a breakthrough of light equipment, including in the central part of the city,” he said.
He urged citizens to remain in shelters. The Russian Ministry of Defense has not yet commented on the information.
Videos have emerged reportedly showing how Russian troops are entering Kharkiv.
