Negotiations with the Hostile Side Are Ongoing, Details to Be Published: Hunan Tadevosyan of Artsakh's Emergencies Ministry
Dear compatriots, the news received from the village of Kharamort in the Askeran region is, of course, concerning. The calls from Azerbaijan to evacuate the village through loudspeakers are essentially aimed at creating a state of panic.
Currently, officers from the Askeran regional police department and representatives of the Russian peacekeeping mission are in Kharamort.
Negotiations are ongoing with the hostile side, the details of which we will publish soon.
I would also like to inform you that there is no state of panic in Kharamort; no one is preparing to leave the village. On the contrary, 12 families displaced from other settlements are also living alongside local residents.
This statement was made by Hunan Tadevosyan, the spokesperson for the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Artsakh.
