Medvedev Warns Countries Imposing Sanctions
Medvedev has warned about the possibility of completely severing diplomatic relations with countries that impose sanctions.
“Sanctions can lead to a definitive reassessment of relations with those countries, including the interruption of dialogue around strategic stability,” he stated.
