Curfew Declared in Kyiv from 5 PM to 8 AM, Says Mayor Klitschko

A curfew has been declared in Kyiv from 5 PM to 8 AM local time. This translates to 7 PM to 10 AM in Yerevan time. "Anyone found on the streets during this time will be considered saboteurs," stated Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko.
