Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Ready to Accept Both Citizens and Other Refugees from Ukraine
The Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has issued a statement announcing its readiness to accept both Armenian citizens and other refugees from Ukraine.
"We inform that for citizens of the Republic of Armenia who intend to return to Armenia in light of the ongoing events in Ukraine, a visa (Schengen visa for the mentioned Schengen countries) will not be required for crossing the borders of Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, and Moldova. Other evacuation options from Ukraine are also being considered.
At the same time, we inform that the Republic of Armenia is ready to accept our compatriots and their family members, as well as other refugees. As mentioned earlier, the Embassy of Armenia in Kyiv, the Consulate General of Armenia in Odesa, as well as the Consulate General of Armenia in Rostov-on-Don, Russia, continue their operations with the entire staff.
