Papikyan and Shoigu Meet

The defense cooperation between the military departments of Armenia and Russia will continue to develop, assured the Minister of Defense of Armenia, Suren Papikyan, during his meeting with Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu.

"I can assure you that I will do everything possible to further strengthen Armenian-Russian defense cooperation. It is evident that the challenges and threats faced by our countries can only be overcome through united action," emphasized Papikyan. Shoigu, for his part, thanked Papikyan for the prompt work during the escalation of the situation in Kazakhstan.
