VIDEO: Residents of Kyiv Withdraw Cash and Leave the City
As previously reported, Vladimir Putin addressed his country's citizens early this morning, announcing a decision to carry out a special military operation and deploy armed forces to the Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics in response to their request for assistance. Explosions have been heard in the vicinity of Kyiv. Local media reports indicate that residents are withdrawing cash and leaving Kyiv.
