Putin is an Aggressor: Biden's Urgent Statement

U.S. President Joe Biden has made an urgent statement:

In his speech, he labeled Russian President Vladimir Putin as an aggressor and stated that NATO is developing a plan to respond to Russia's actions. The U.S. will deploy additional forces in Europe, including in Germany.

“Putin is an aggressor. Putin has chosen war,” Biden said. The American president also deemed the Russian military operations in Donbas as unfounded.

He noted that new sanctions will limit the export of high-tech products to Russia, including those pertaining to the space industry.

“We will restrict Russian businesses' ability to conduct transactions in dollars and euros, pounds, and yens,” he stated. Additionally, the U.S. president mentioned that the U.S. has imposed blocking sanctions against VTB Bank.
