Kherson Region Loses Control Over Henichesk District

The Kherson region has reported the loss of control over the Henichesk district. This was reported by TASS, referencing a Facebook post from the regional administration.

“Henichesk district: all state institutions have come under the control of the invaders. The equipment is located right in the city of Henichesk, near the checkpoints,” the statement notes.

The authorities indicated that this information was received by phone from the regional leadership. It was previously reported that early this morning, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the start of a special military operation in Ukraine.
