Explosion Near Trolleybus Depot in Luhansk

Early in the morning on February 23, an act of terrorism occurred in Luhansk as an explosion rocked the area near a trolleybus depot. This was reported by the Joint Center for Control and Coordination of the Ceasefire in a Telegram channel.

“Another act of terrorism has taken place in Luhansk. At 04:15, an explosion occurred in the vicinity of the trolleybus depot,” the message states.

Earlier reports indicated that two civilians were killed as a result of gunfire from Ukrainian forces in the Luhansk People's Republic.
