Video: State Duma Ratifies Agreements Between Russia, Donetsk and Luhansk
The State Duma has ratified the agreements of friendship, cooperation, and mutual assistance between the Russian Federation and the Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics. This was announced by State Duma deputy Artyom Turov.
The decision was made unanimously, followed by applause and mutual congratulations.
