Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev has addressed the sanctions against Russia in his microblog, stating: “German Chancellor Olaf Scholz has announced that the operation of the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline will be frozen.” He added, “Well, welcome to the new world, where Europeans will pay 2000 euros for 1000 cubic meters of gas.”
