All Grounds Present for the Restoration of Historical Borders of Luhansk: Statement

Luhansk People's Republic representatives declare that there are all grounds for restoring the historical borders of the Luhansk region. This was reported by RIA Novosti.

"The borders of the LPR, according to the constitution, are defined by the map of the Luhansk region. We will be guided by this logic regarding the issue of borders," said a member of the Luhansk People's Council.

It is noteworthy that on February 21, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree recognizing the Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics.
