Boris Johnson Hosts Party in His Office, Then Responds to Police Questions

The Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Boris Johnson, has answered questions from Scotland Yard regarding a party that took place during coronavirus restrictions. This was reported by the Evening Standard.

It has been confirmed by the Prime Minister's office that Boris Johnson complied with police requests within a week of receiving the notification.

Earlier, the Prime Minister's office indicated that they would not publish his responses.

In addition to Johnson, over 50 other individuals who attended the party and were witnesses have also received similar notifications.

The police are trying to clarify the circumstances surrounding the hosting of the party. Those found guilty could face monetary fines.

It was previously reported that the head of the London police resigned due to the party's occurrence.
