Biden Calls National Security Council Meeting
U.S. President Joe Biden will convene a meeting of the National Security Council at the White House today to discuss the situation surrounding Ukraine. This was announced by White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki.
According to the White House, Biden continues to monitor the situation regarding Ukraine and is receiving briefings on the developments. Psaki stated, "Biden's national security aides have confirmed that Russia could launch an attack on Ukraine at any moment," adding that due to the escalation of tensions around Ukraine, Biden has called for the National Security Council meeting on February 20.
