Lawyer Erik Alexander writes: “Judge Mkitaryan, are you convinced now that I was right when I said you are not courageous? Well, live with that reality.”

It should be noted that today, the Court of Appeal rejected the request from the lawyers of Arush Arushanyan, the mayor of Goris, to change the measure of restraint.

“What happened is what we expected. None of us had hope that the judge would have the courage to execute justice,” said Arushanyan's lawyer, Armen Melkonyan, in a conversation with journalists. He mentioned that they are still not familiar with the grounds for the rejection.
