You remember, on the wave of the revolution, penalties and fines were abolished, and they said, 'You are 3 million prime ministers', and no one could keep anyone in check. Let me tell you a true story; in one of the villages of Ejmiatsin, someone was talking to the villagers and asked, 'What has changed in your life now?' They replied, 'You know, before, the Jeep would drive over us, and we could not say anything; now we drive over the Jeep, and they cannot say anything.' The Opel driver is proud that he now drives over the Jeep and gets away with it; that is why we saw that outcome in 2018," the opposition lawmaker said.
