A Diversion Group Has Infiltrated the Positions of Sotk: Hraparak

According to our information, an Azerbaijani diversion group has infiltrated the positions adjacent to the Sotk mine. This was reported to us by the mine’s employees,” writes Hraparak.am.

The media outlet confirmed the information with the administration of the Sotk mine, where they validated the details but stated that the situation is under control by the Armenian Armed Forces, and the operations of the Sotk mine have not been disrupted and are continuing normally.

The closest community head, Hakob Avetyan of Geghamasar, also told us in a conversation: “According to my information, the Armenian and Azerbaijani sides have met; I do not know what type of process this is, but I am not aware of the details. From what I’ve been informed, the workers of the gold mine have been brought down, and there are some concerns, but I can say that there is nothing threatening.”
