Two More Routes to Be Operated with New Buses

During a working consultation at the Yerevan City Hall, Elbak Tarposhyan, the director of "Yerevan Bus" LLC, informed Mayor Hrachya Sargsyan that two more routes will be operated within the next 10 days using "Zhong Tong" brand buses.

"We have already completed the recruitment phase for drivers. In 7 days, we will have the results of the competition, after which we will continue servicing the routes," said Tarposhyan, adding that route 28 will be slightly modified and will provide direct access to the "Friendship" metro station.

As previously reported, the Yerevan budget has allocated funds for the purchase of 211 buses, which will replace a total of around 17 routes.
