Tragic Incident in Lori Province: Partially Mangled Body of a Man Discovered at Stepanavan City Dump

On February 2, a tragic incident occurred in Lori Province. An official from the community police unit of the Stepanavan division received information regarding a body found near the city dump in Stepanavan's gorge.

According to Shamshyan.com, rescuers and police discovered the body of V. Sughyan, a 36-year-old resident of Lori Province, on the right bank of the river near the Stepanavan city dump. Preliminary conclusions by the forensic doctor indicated that the left side of the victim's face and parts of his fingers had been mutilated.

The firefighters brought the body closer to the vehicle for transportation. Investigations are underway at the Stepanavan police department regarding the incident. Several examinations have been ordered, including forensic analysis of the body.
