All Captured Soldiers in Syunik Returned

All Armenian soldiers who were captured after the battles in Syunik on November 16, 2021, have been returned. This information has been reported by sources from Sputnik Armenia.

Today, Azerbaijan returned another 8 prisoners of war to Armenia through mediation from the European Union. It has been revealed that some of these individuals were captured during clashes that took place last November, while others were taken during military operations in the villages of Khndzoresk and Hin Tagher in the Hadrut region of the Artsakh Republic in December 2020.

It is worth noting that following the events of November 2021, there have been several phases of returning prisoners, facilitated by Russia, Hungary, and the EU.
