10 New Trolleybuses in Yerevan: What the City Hall Plans

Yerevan's City Hall plans to modernize the fleet of the "Electrotransport" company. The municipality intends to purchase 10 new trolleybuses. This information was reported by the press service of Yerevan City Hall.

Mayor Hrachya Sargsyan has been informed that a competition will soon be announced for the acquisition of the new vehicles. During a recent working meeting, the issue of general cleanliness in the capital was also addressed. Mayor Sargsyan noted that while the community has technically resolved waste collection issues, the state of sanitary cleaning is unsatisfactory.

It has been instructed to increase the number of employees engaged in street cleaning by an additional 200, bringing the total to around 300 workers.
