Road Conditions in Armenia

The Road Department Foundation informs that as of February 6 at 17:00, there is black ice on the roads of the Aparan, Ashotzk, and Sisian regions, as well as on the Goris-Sisian road and in the Stepanavan loops.

The Vardenyats Pass is difficult to navigate for vehicles with trailers. Drivers of such vehicles are advised to use snow chains when traveling through the Vardenyats Pass.

There is snowstorm activity on the road section from the Sevan Peninsula to the Dilijan tunnel.

Road construction teams are conducting cleaning and salt-sand treatment operations on the roads.

All international and national highways are open.
