Video: Teacher Who Brutally Beat Students in Irkutsk Fired from Job

In Irkutsk, a teacher has been dismissed from his position due to his methods of interacting with students. The video, recorded last year, has only now prompted the local education department to investigate for reasons unknown.

“It is possible that we will contact law enforcement. Such behavior is unacceptable,” stated officials from the local education department.

The teacher depicted in the video had been working at the school for over 20 years. He taught life safety disciplines (ОБЖ - основ безопасности жизнедеятельности).
