Today We Would Be in Hadrut as a Family or Abgar Would Take a Vacation and Be Home: Nazaryan

If it weren’t for the man-eating beasts, today we would be in Hadrut as a family or Abgar would take a vacation and be home. This was stated by Gegham Nazaryan, a member of the Armenia parliamentary 'Hayastan' faction on his Facebook page.

“Abgar used to smile and laugh when his mother or father congratulated him on his birthday via Facebook or when a child congratulated their parents. Now I want to write, ‘Happy Birthday, Abgar, dear,’ but I am afraid he would laugh at me again. Nevertheless, I congratulate my twenty-year-old hero. If it weren’t for the man-eating beasts, today we would be in Hadrut as a family or Abgar would take a vacation and be home.

Today we celebrated Abgar’s birthday in Kiran. Instead of hugging him, we embraced the Khachkar at his grave. You know, Abgar loved to give and even receive gifts. Today, in Abgar’s name, we handed out football uniforms and balls to the children in Kiran.

Yet, I am going crazy with longing. Happy birthday my infinitely brave and heroic boy. I kiss you.
