Several Roads Are Closed Due to Snowfall in Vayots Dzor Province

The Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia reports that there are closed roads in the territory of Armenia. According to the announcement, the roads from the "Amberd" high mountain meteorological station to the Amberd Fortress and from the Kari Lake are closed in the Aragatsotn Province.

The Vardenyats Pass and the Saravan-"Zanger" section are open for trailer trucks only with the use of chaining.

Black ice is present on some of the roads in the Syunik Province. Snowfall is occurring in Vayots Dzor Province.

The Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Crisis Management Center of the Russian Federation's Ministry of Emergency Situations of North Ossetia have reported that the Stepantsminda-Lars road is open for all types of vehicles. Drivers are advised to use winter tires exclusively.
