The entirety of present-day Armenia is land that belongs to Azerbaijanis, and they will return there.

We believe that the section of the Goris-Kapan road near the villages of Eyvazli and Chayzami belongs to Azerbaijan.

There is no Armenian Yerevan, Vardenis, or Syunik; there are only Azerbaijani Erivan, Basargechar, and Zyankhazur, which are ancient Azerbaijani lands, and the Azerbaijanis will return there.

We must come to the conclusion that our army should be contract-based and defensive.

Only in the last year has the Azerbaijani army conducted over twenty offensive exercises near the borders of Armenia. Azerbaijan's military budget exceeds the entire budget of Armenia. Azerbaijani forces regularly fire on the peaceful population from the occupied territories of Armenia.

Armenian Authorities
Armenia does not set any preconditions for Azerbaijan regarding the issue of Artsakh. There is no talk at all about the return of occupied territories or the inviolability of Artsakh's independent status. On the contrary, hints are being made towards the possibility of legal concessions to the Azerbaijani occupying authorities regarding all of Artsakh.

Azerbaijani Authorities
The Azerbaijani Armed Forces have resolved the issue of Karabakh. The matter is closed. Separatists must either be destroyed or expelled from Karabakh.

Armenian Authorities
We are ready to unblock communication routes unconditionally.

Azerbaijani Authorities
Armenia is obligated to provide Azerbaijan with a supernational corridor through the Syunik territory for communication with the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.

Armenian Authorities
We consider it a humanitarian obligation to immediately return all prisoners of war and forcibly held Azerbaijani individuals, and the Armenian authorities returned everyone.

Azerbaijani Authorities
All Armenians currently in Azerbaijan are not prisoners of war but terrorists, and they will be tried.

Armenian Authorities
We are neighbors and cannot imagine how to quarrel and fight with our neighbors. We must live in peace and prosperity.

Azerbaijani Authorities
We have brought the Armenians to their knees. The Armenians are a disgraced nation. If Armenians attempt to stabilize themselves, we will destroy them with an iron fist.
