Driver Protest Rally in Front of Central Bank, Heavy Police Presence

Drivers have organized a protest rally in front of the Central Bank, voicing their opposition to the hike in mandatory car insurance payments. A significant number of police officers are present at the location.

Earlier, we reported that on January 31, drivers also staged a protest at Republic Square to express their discontent over the rising insurance fees. They drove around Republic Square with their car horns blaring. Police intervened, stopping several drivers and taking them in, while the cars were towed away.
