Devastating Typhoon Approaches: Surenyan on Madagascar
The head of the Hydro-Meteorological and Monitoring Center, Gagik Surenyan, posted on his Facebook page, informing that a devastating typhoon is approaching Madagascar.
"The wind speed of the devastating typhoon approaching Madagascar reaches 240 km/h. In certain areas of the island, around 350 mm of rain will fall in 24 hours, which is what is observed in Yerevan over the course of a year," wrote Surenyan.
