Criminal Case Initiated for Drowning a Dog

On February 1st, the latest court session regarding the drowning of Al Capone was held. Thanks to the efforts of human rights defender Marina Poghosyan, a criminal case has finally been initiated, marking the first victory in this case. This was reported by the DINGO Team.

“Let everyone know that no matter how casually the police treat this, no matter how many criminal cases are not initiated, we will pursue every single case to the end, even if it takes years, but those who harm animals must be punished,” the statement reads.
