Lusine Badalyan Apologizes for Laughing at Yerablur

Armenian National Assembly member Lusine Badalyan from the 'Civil Contract' faction has apologized for laughing at the Yerablur Pantheon on January 28. She wrote on her Facebook page:

“Dear compatriots, in recent days, a secretly filmed video surfaced on social media showing me smiling broadly at a warm story. I would like to apologize for this. I also want to apologize for never imagining that on a day dedicated to honoring the Armenian army and celebrating our soldiers, there could be people and media capable of using such manipulations to achieve their goals, even playing with the emotions of our soldiers' parents.”

I deeply regret what happened.

I bow in memory of all our brave ones.

I bow to their parents, who have given the most precious thing for our homeland.

I bow to our brave soldiers, who today are still guarding the borders of our homeland.”
